I’ve been practicing for several months now to show off my ballet & tap skills on stage and last week I finally got my chance. After lots of practice in the studio & a couple of rehearsals on stage… it was time to boogie down for all of our families. Mom even did my hair & make-up like a real ballerina. My first dance was ballet; we wore beautiful yellow and black tutus and danced with our bears. Notice that I’ve been working on my toe point & arabesques A BUNCH :o). After showing our sweet sides, we took the stage in our neon ‘n’ leopard for our tap number. It was my favorite by far, because we got to do a lot of shakin’ our tooshies. I suppose my family was super proud, because I got a JUMBO bunch of flowers to show for my performance. All of my hard work paid off…. success!
